Registration Certificate
Ministry of Education (MOE)
Registration as a private educational institution under the Education Act 1996. This is the licence that makes our teaching, our curriculum and the certificates we issue legally recognised in Malaysia.

Approval Letter
Kementerian Dalam Negeri (KDN)
Written approval from the Ministry of Home Affairs to enrol international students. Without it, no institution in Malaysia can legally sponsor a Student Pass — this is what makes our visa programme real.

Certified Training Provider
HRD Corp Certified Training Provider
Registered under the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act 2001. Malaysian companies can claim our corporate Korean training directly against their HRD levy — the training effectively costs them nothing extra.

Your Student Pass is legal
A KDN licence plus EMGS processing means your 6-month to 2-year Student Pass is issued through the official channel — not a workaround that collapses at renewal.
Your certificate is accepted
Because we are MOE-registered, iSeodang completion certificates and TOPIK preparation records are accepted by our partner universities in Korea — and count toward admission points and scholarships.
Your company can claim it back
HRD Corp certification means employers registered with HRD Corp can claim our corporate and workshop training against their existing levy contribution.
Korean teachers
Every teacher holds a state licence from Korea.
Being a native speaker is not a qualification. Every iSeodang instructor holds the Korean Language Teacher Certificate issued by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Korea — the only nationally recognised teaching credential for Korean as a foreign language.
