What Will I Learn in the Online Korean Program?
Program 1 runs 20 lessons over five months and takes a complete beginner from Basic Level to Beginner Level 1A.
Read and write 한글
Hangul consonants and vowels, syllable blocks, and your first written Korean words. By week four you can sound out any Korean sign.
Pronunciation & greetings
Final consonants, linking rules, and everyday greetings — 안녕하세요 · 감사합니다 · 반갑습니다.
Basic grammar & sentence structure
Subject and object particles, the Korean verb-final word order, and polite endings you will use in every sentence.
Essential vocabulary
Numbers, time, food, places and directions — the vocabulary that actually comes up in Korea and in K-content.
Beginner conversation → Level 1A
Put it together: introduce yourself, order food, ask for directions and hold a short conversation. You finish ready for Beginner Level 1A.
Different levels run for different periods. iSeodang teaches the full ladder from Basic all the way to Master level.
