Once your application is accepted, you will be required to pay the initial fees, including:

Wait for Visa Approval
▶Visa processing typically takes approximately 14 working days.
▶After approval by Malaysian Immigration:
▷You will be asked to pay the full course fees.
▷Your Student Visa Approval Letter (eVAL) will be issued.

Travel to Malaysia
With your eVAL, you can:
▶Apply for a Single Entry Visa at the Malaysian Embassy
▶Arrange your travel to Malaysia
▶Book your Airport Clearance & Pickup with ISEODANG
Important: Airport Clearance & Pickup
- All new students must be accompanied by an ISEODANG representative at the airport for immigration clearance.
- Representative availability: Sunday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Please send your flight details at least 1 week in advance for a smooth arrival.
4. Travel to Malaysia
Report to Iseodang
You must report to ISEODANG within 1–2 days after arrival to complete your enrolment.
This includes:
▶Health check & mandatory post-arrival medical screening
▶Placement test to determine your language level
▶Submission of passport for student visa endorsement
5. Report to Iseodang

2. Full Color Copy/Scan of Passport, Including Empty Pages
3. Passport Size Picture with White Background (35mm x 45mm)
4. Academic Certificates – Originals and English Translations
5. High School Results – Originals and English Translations
6. Health Declaration Form for Applicants, Completed & Signed by the Student
7. RMXXXX Registration & Visa Application Fees for Courses with Student Visa
